I'm Carlos Vazquez — entrepreneur, dad, and the guy behind Sgt Papi.

Hey, I'm Carlos.

I'm a South Florida entrepreneur, dad of three, and someone who's been building with AI and marketing automation long before it was cool to talk about it.

By day I run Miami Marketer — a marketing agency that builds funnels, automation systems, and growth engines for businesses on GoHighLevel. We help companies turn clicks into customers and clients into long-term revenue.

But Sgt Papi is something different.

Why I Started This

I got tired of seeing two types of content online: guys flexing fake success on yachts they rented for 4 hours, and corporate types writing blog posts that feel like they were written by an algorithm.

Neither one is real.

I'm out here doing it — building a business, raising kids, trying to stay fit, exploring the world when I can, and using AI to get leverage on all of it. I wanted a place to share what I'm actually learning, the mistakes included.

If you're a man between 25 and 50 trying to figure out how to be better at business, better as a father, and still have a life worth living — this is for you.

What I Write About

AI & Technology — I've been deep in AI tools for years. I'll share what's actually useful for entrepreneurs, not just the hype.

Entrepreneurship — Business lessons from running an agency and building products. The real stuff, not the highlight reel.

Parenting — I have three kids. Being a present, intentional dad while running a business is one of the hardest things I've ever done. Let's talk about it.

Travel — The goal is to travel more, work less, and still build something great. I'm figuring that out in real time.

Fitness — Staying in shape while running a business and raising a family doesn't happen by accident. Here's what works for me.

The Name

Sgt = discipline, structure, leading from the front.
Papi = warmth, family, being real.

That's the balance I'm going for.
